Hi, does anyone know how to get XP to install several instances of the WDM Video for Windows Capture Driver.

I have three webcams attached to the machine and although they are all identified under imaging devices in device manager there is only one instance of the WDM driver so I can only use one cam at a time.

My old Win 2000 setup had three instances all numbered differently and I could use all the cams together.

Would like to get this working again and would appreciate any help.

Thanks

well, since this is the oldest thread on this board software in the tweaks section, I figured it's about time this member got an answer

you should be able to do this by installing the sofrware three times into differant locations on your hardrive

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
