Video editing software

I have an VIDEOCD, of Pink Floyd live - Pulse which I love to watch on my PC with Windows Media Player. I was wandering if it is possible within Windows XP to take certain segments of the Videocd and copy them to my HDD to watch when I'm using Excel or Access etc or what software do you most excellant fellows recommend?

i'd goto gamecopyworld.com they have a large section of tools used for copying VCD's and DVD's to harddrives and such, you might want to check it out 🙂
