not sure if it's the right place but. i got myself a new video camera canon zr40. now i'm trying to copy the video to computer and when i try to do it in virtual dub it gives me an error " cannot find a driver to draw this non-RGB image format. preview and histogram will be unavailable"
i have tryed windows movie maker, but also strange thing, it saves a file fine at 384 Kbps, but it's not saving a video at 768Kbps. what could be the problem there?
