vice city graphic problems

hi i recently bought vice city. after turning it on i got some wierd graphics corruptions problems like menu turning to numbers, weird lines when playing etc.. then i downloaded a grapic corruption patch which i thought it would fix it but it didnt. any ideas.??

you can specify your system .. ( even temperatures ) ..

Eh, could be hardware overheating, or the patch didnt work....

Or could be your drivers... :S

i found resolved the prob, simple turning on of frame limiting
my system isin sig , but when i played it i put everything default, even my 9700 pro i put under default speeds like 230mhz,230mhz lol
there shouldnt be any overhating problems , as i have 2 fans in front sucking in air, and 2 at the back blowing out. northbridge temp is always around 21-24c.

i also have a graphics problem in vice city,whenever im going to ride a boat or when it is raining i get weird graphics and i cant see anything on my map...and ive tried the grahics corruption patch but no work...
