How do I remove VIA 4-in1 drivers if I am experiencing problems and/or revert back to the native windowsXP drivers?

If you install it again, and choose normal install instead of quick, you'll get the option to uninstall. I never tried it, so i can't tell you if it really works.

If you run setup again you will be given the option to uninstall the drivers

Yea i think the 4.37's worked best for me also. I've installed the newest ones, 4.39's and not much diff. I checked out viaarena and there's no link for the 4.37s???

I've always had a problem with rebooting my system. It reboots very rarely, by that I mean I need to manually shut the system off and then boot back up.

Sometimes I'll get a message about BIOS BOOT BLOCK, I'll try and remember to write it down the next time it happens. Lately though I just get a blank screen when it try to do a soft reboot. Like it starts to reboot, all the lights and stuff flash, but nothing on the screen.

I've asked many people what they think it could be and of all the replies I've gotten, I 've got quite a few leaning towards bad CMOS batteries???? Do you all think this would be the case also?

what do you think then may be my problem. this system itself is very stable, it's just when i need to reboot, for example, after installing a new piece of software.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
