are these two compatible? i cant find it on my computer. will i need phone drivers or tools?
 
Windows 98 SE does at least support USB 1.1 so the potential is there. Unfortunately as Microsoft has officially ceased supporting the Windows 9x/ME family of operating systems you are less likely to find device manufacturers that are willing to produce drivers for those operating systems.
