utx theme patch does not work

ok i installed the utxtheme patch because the windows thing is ugly after a wile. i have not installed anyother softwear taht changes the themes and i am on an xp pro that has just been reformatted. i install the patch, restart, then i open the properites box to change the theme and all is good until i select the theme. the back cround it fine and the icons change and anything else but the titlebar, start bar, and every other bar chnages to the old way and not the bubbly way here is a pic of what it shows in teh properties box, and this is with everytheme, can i just copy the utx.dll from anouther computer that works and over write mine with it????
