Using gpedit.msc for something

There is an option that I found in User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Explorer called "Hide these specified drives in My Computer." Now if I turn this on, it will work for my user account but the problem is, I want to use it for another user. Does anyone know how I would do this?
