So... Where are the user pics located.. ? The ones that are on the start menu beside your user name.. !!

Yes..... I know on my computer.. ' Control Panel/User Accounts..... ' I mean I don't want to change them..... I might like to get rid of them... ( Delete them..) where are they located on the hard-drive... ?
