USB PSII2 Player convertor Help!

Using Windows XP Pro SP1
Direct X 9.0c

1) installed driver then
2) restart computer then
3) try to plug in different usb port still dont work, Game Controllers (control panel ) wont detect the usb

have anyone try it? how you can make it work? I am sure one of you guys use this hardware to play game! cmon ppl
