USB and NT

ok this is a hard one...
NT4.0 does not support USB and this is a fact.
Now I have a netgear wireless network adapter (MA101) w/USB I would like to work on NT4.0 I read about some drivers for USB support on NT4.0 (not from MS) but only for specific brand and/or device.
I like to know if anyone has this USB device running succesfully on NT4.0.
Any other hardware adapter solution for this compatibility issue is welcome.

I have never gotten USB to run on NT 4.0. If there is a solution I would also like to know.
