Urgent!...sliced .psd to flexible layout if possible

ok so I have my layout done and I want to make sure that my outer slices can be set so that they fill up the browser and so that my website is centered in general...I am using Dreamweaver to edit this stuff after designing in photoshop

make a 1 pixel width section of the file you want to expand with then use CSS to x-repeat the file

to add to this I have an image mapped jpg that I want to work in dreamweaver where do I paste the html code for this into the code in Dreamweaver
