Is there an easy way to upgrade to Windows XP Pro from Windows 2000? I work on a college campus that will be upgrading to Windows XP and I would like to know if there is an easy way of doing this instead of going office to office. There is a lot of offices to go arournd to and it would be much easier if you can do a upgrade remotely or something. Thanks for any advice.

There should be a tool for doing this on the XP CD. Last install of XP I did on my machine was unattended and it worked fairly well, but I haven't tried doing an install over a network yet.

Check your XP CD under the following:
CD Drive:\SUPPORT\TOOLS\DEPLOY.CAB

If you have Windows 2000 Server you can use the RIS to distribute it. zyfos is also right, the Windows XP CD has deployment tools on it to make the job easier.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
