Upgrading CPU...

There is a place about 2 blocks away that has the BOX XP2400+ for $119 or a BOX XP2600+ for $179

There isn't too much detail at their site about what types they are, just that they are T-Breds. Is this upgrade worth the expense, considering my old one' s a 2000+ and a Palo to boot?

just wait for the athlon64's to drop and lower prices across the board for everythng...

your cpu is plenty powerful enough for several months yet
