upgrade

just upgraded from win 200 to xp pro.
when i boot up it now gives me an option to either boot into windows or windows xp.
is this because of the upgrade and is there any win 2000 files that need to be removed.

You can simply delete the Win2K line from the Boot.ini

i always prefer a full install over an upgrade, that way you are guaranteed nothing was left after you fully format
