Unwanted Playlists

The problem I have is with windows media player.

The previous owner of my PC has deleted all of his mp3's etc. However, windows media player has not removed the titles / artists from the media library playlists.

Is there a way to go about doing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Click on media library on the left menu , select the playlist you want to remove , up the top right there is a button with an X on it , that will delete the current selected playlist
