Unlocking XP2100 worth it?

I am considering unlocking my xp2100 to lower the multiplier and up the fsb to 166 or higher if possible. I have 512mb pc2700 mem and my mobo has a divider setting in the bios so it doesnt stress the pci cards. Will this boost performance enough to justify the time and effort?

Am I likely to have probs using the onboard raid setup?

What mobo are you using. You need to have a higher divider than what you're currently running on or the divider is useless. For processor intensive tasks though, pumping up the fsb is going to really show an improvement.
