Uninstalling ICQ - Error

I have ICQ version 2000b, I dont use it anymore so I went to uninstall it but I got this error: Error opening file: icq2000b.log this file is necessary to perform Uninstall.
Whats this all about? Is there any way that I can fix this, and what is it?
Is there another way to remove ICQ from my PC (through the registry or anything?)

It seems the the file needed for uninstallation is missing or corrupted. Try reinstalling ICQ (don't choose the repair option if there is a repair option, just a complete reinstall). That should bring back the .log file and you can uninstall it as usual.
