I accidentally deleted Tweakui Powertoy for Windows XP.msi in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\ which is required to uninstall it. Could someone send me a copy?

Just reinstall it over the top. Then remove it.
I have also noticed, with this new release, that if you modify the start menu icons it creates the uninstaller will crash.
