Unable to view folder properties

I hope someone can come up with an answer. Just recently when I attempted to view a folders properties, the properties page would not display. I get no error message, I can access all the other available functions, i.e., command prompt here, open, explore, cut&paste, rename, etc. Except for 'Sharing and Security...' Which I discoverd while writing this post

The only new program I installed was ZoneAlarm.

Try to disable the "World Wide Web Publishing Service". Sometimes this helps.
