Hi. I am using a keylogger in my personal work notebook and I am at home now. My problem is, at home my keylogger can't send the email and the pop-up windows says "cannot connect to server". But at work, with the same setup, even with my bitdefender ON, the email notification is OK.
I have AT&T 2wire router, right now, I have uninstalled my bitdefender just to eliminate the firewall/anti-virus issue, and hard-reset the router, setup my device as a server and pop3 on the router, I dont know what would that do. But still the cannot connect to server.

What could be the issue in my home network that is preventing my keylogger to send its email notification even if I have no firewall/antivirus software installed?

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Your ISP is probably blocking port 25 connections from going outbound, which is why it won't work from home, but will work from work.

I would say that is spot on.

Does the keylogger have the ability to change/randomize ports it sends out on?
