I've deleted a folder full of Visual Art accidentally and also emptied my Recycle Bin since...but I haven't rebooted...is that folder salvagable?

Might be a few applications that could help, such as Ontrack EasyRecover

you should be able to download a version that will let you know if your files are still there from their homepage... unfortunatly to restore tehm you will have to obtain the full version.

You may be able to find a freeware tool, but this should get you started.

You can try This

This utility allows you to evaluate how all R-Undelete products undelete lost files. The only limitation is that it cannot undelete files large than 64KB.

The fact that your using your computer, Is this the one you deleted file on?, is making the chances to get them back that much harder.

In order to have the best chance of recovery you'd have to stop everything yo were doing, and if you only have one partition pull the drive to install in other computer running Easy Recovery Pro.
