Udate Bios?

I went to the MSI website and noticed that there are many updates to the bios for my motherboard... Is it advisable to update the BIOS? I am having a few problems w/paging file (see next post).

Your paging file and BIOS are not related directly. I would only shoot your BIOS if you are having problems directly associated with it!!
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

p.s. Does your BIOS support live update??

Absolutely agree with gothic. While updating the bios is generally a straight forward process, if somthing doesn't go right it's possible to fry the mobo. It's somthing you should not do unless there is a specific reason or need.

I use the MSI live update feature. If an update is available then I make sure everything is closed & let it do its thing. So far it's been updated twice with no problems although that thought is always in the back of my mind. (power failure or freeze) It's good to know that if you format it does not affect the bios & you don't have to do it again.......until they update. 😀
