Hehe.... The reason you get a login is because the site uses a URL timeout system (almost like how CircuitCity.com works).
To get rid of that box, do the following:
Go to http://www.cw360.com. It will pop up a login box. Press the Ok button (no username or password). You will then be sent to a site that tells you that you have an invalid cookie. It will then give you a link back to http://www.cw360.com. Click that link. It will rewrite your access cookie and you will then be able to browse the site.
