my friend needs that records high quality video and he is under a 50 buck budget so I happened to find this one...It looks really good!!!

Hey i got the ATI TV Wonder which was 50 bucks and its not as good as what u found. My tv tuner is worse than the regular WinFast TV2000 XP. Wish i would of got that instead. I would get the one u posted for sure!!!!

hahah ! thats what i heard too! all these people who reviewed it were like its better than my ati one! Thanks for the advice

if you have an older ati tv tuner yes.. it is not so good

in the low end the leadtek is an excellent solution as are the low-end hauppage's... the only problem is you have to shell out the bucks to get a hauppage with remote...

the leadtek deluxe edition is a decent enough card for more purposes

well Leejend has this card so im gonna ask him if he can upload a sample video clip to an ftp.
