TV Tuner Software

I have an ATI TV Wonder Elite Card and a Radeon X850 Video Card.

I can not get the ATI TV Software to work decently on my system.

I'm running XP Pro and Dual Monitors.

Are there any decent TV Tuner programs out there?

I tried Beyond TV and it does not work well.

Right now I am using Power Cinema (trial version) and it works well for TV but it has taken a bunch of Audio and Video stuff and I can not seem to make it stop trying to auto play DVDs, CDs and the like.

Any suggestions on TV Tuner Software?

P.S.

My big problem with ATI S/W and Beyond TV is, it works well on the primary monitor but won't work on the secondary monitor.

I have read that Hauppauge tuners are pretty good although I have no personal experience with them.

I don't think the card is the problem I think it is with the s/w and/or Windows not displaying the TV on the Secondary Monitor well.

Power Cinema has no problems switching from the primary screen to the secondary screen but the other programs I have tried do.

I think there's ChrisTV. I haven't used it it ages. I have Media Center for my tuner.
