Humm.. .if I'm right, there isn't any program that will enable you to capture in Divx directly. You have to do it in AVI and THEN compress it into DIvx using another program. Divx is a compressed format, you can't capture compressed formats real-time!
It's just like MP3's, unless something new ame up, you have to first make a wav file, and then compress it into MP3. Even so called real time programs will do that (maybe the wav is a temp file you don't see, but it's still there).
