I am wondering if there is any opportunity to have a TV program playing on Desktop, instead of an wallpaper.

If that can be so, how and where to find software.

I don't think it's possible, knowing that the desktop kan only show images, or webpages. If you could get the tv program to show on a website, than it would theoretically be possible.

ATI's All-In-Wonder cards definitely DO have an option to view TV as your desktop wallpaper!
