TV Capture Card Problem

I have an AverTV Capture card in my computer:

and the problem is that I can not get the video to work for anything. I can get the audio to work, meaning that I can turn it on and go to TechTV and just hear them, but no picture. I can do this for the FM too (no picture throught FM though...) Even when running a composite cable in, no luck. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled the drivers. reinstalled the app, and made sure that the PCI card is in the slot, any ideas? I also used to most recent drivers.

I don't know what else to suggest, I don't have your type of card.

Thanks, that accually fixed it for some reason. Oh well, the way windows works
