Tuturial on Dent icons

Can someone post a tuturial on how to make Dent icons, and also post the PhotoShop 7 template of the original Dent icon.
Maybe Dazzla, the original maker of this cool icons, do this tuturial?

I really wanna make some new icons.. but all the tutorials so far have used Photoshop.

Unfortunately, I'm not rich enough to own Photoshop, and only have PSP. (paint shop pro)

Couls someone tell me how to do it in PSP instead?

Thanks for the great response! I will be making one, using Photoshop 6... stuy_b sry I dont have PSP...

But u guys will have to wait because I am in 9 grade and starting High School next year... I have some major Year End Exams coming up in about a week and a half! But I will make one after I am done!
