Trouble with Windows XP

I've been having Kernel_Inpage_Errors for about two weeks now. When looking through the event log, I've noticed the following problems with atapi.sys:

The driver has detected that device \Device\Ide\IdePort0 has old or out-of-date firmware. Reduced performance may result.

and

The device, \Device\Ide\IdePort1, did not respond within the timeout period.

My computer is setup as following:
40 GIG Western Digital Harddrive (IDE Primary Master)
30 GIG Western Digital Harddrive (IDE Primary Slave)
DVD-ROM (BusLink) (IDE Secondary Master)
40x12x48 (BusLink CDRW) (IDE Secondary Slave)

Is one fo my harddrives failing or do I need to change the some settings?

When do you get this error? I got this after Ghosting my drive to another drive and then booting off that one as slave in combination with using hibernation. (Complicated? :D) When i moved the drive to master it worked again.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
