Trouble Installing XP (Corp/PRO) on Asus A7V133

I'm building a spare system with leftover parts. So far the only things in the system are:

Asus A7V133 Motherboard
AMD 1.4Ghz T-Bird
Elsa Gladic GeForce2
Linksys NIC
512M 'o PC133 CAS2 Micron
Maxtor 30Gig, 7200RPM
Sony 10/12/32 Burner.
(that's it - using bootable CD's)

Both the HD and CDR are on the standard IDE controllers; I have the RAID controller disabled in the BIOS.

The problem is, I always get a "IRQ Not Less or Equal" BSD about the time the XP installer stops loading drivers. ...(AboUt the time the licsense agreement or drive partition screen appears).
