trojan.bookmarker virus help!!!!!

ok guys i woke up this morning to an error message from nortons saying i have a virus called trojan.bookmarker. it says that its unable to repair the file. i go to symantec;s website i do what they tell me to do and it doesnt work. the file name that is infected is msconfd.dll ive trie to rename delete move but i cant cuz of it being a windows file. any ideas please!!!!
 
iv etried to delete manually but it says i dont have access
 
You need to remove the run entries and reboot to ensure the process and related files stop running, then attempt to delete.

If you cant you then need to take ownership of the file.

Search the forum for instruction on how to do that.
