How can i change the icon of my trash can???

Download TweakUI...there is a spot in there to remove arrow on shortcuts...

Download TweakUI for Windows XP (Direct Link), install it. Then go to Control Panel -> TweakUIXP. Click '+'-sign @ explorer and then 'shortcut'. Then Click 'none' in the right box to make the arrows disappear!!
