btw, MSIE does support transparency on 8 bit PNG files. Just not 24-bit PNG the more useful version of PNG.

Anyway, whatever it is, simply take a screenshot then use the Eyedropper Tool to get the "color number".

Fixed - I changd it to a Jpeg and had to play with the layers a little bit ..
