I have to say, the murder of 100's of thousands of people by the American military by dropping two atomic bombs, doesn't leave too much to humor. But hey that’s just my humble opinion

Murder-What the crap are you thinking. Japs started the war if you care to check. The 2 bombings saved the lives of many allied forces.
For just one example, read about the Bataan death march. There are plenty of other examples of actions such as this.
