Title of Thread/Post

After posting a new thread and its title, modifying the title afterwards does not change the actual title of the thread itself just the title of the first post in the thread.

For example this thread
Please change the title of the thread to the title of the first post if this function is purposely disabled.

Did you click 'Thread Tools' at the top or click the 'Edit' button??

I can see how it could be abused, that’s why I assumed the feature was disabled.
