Not sure if this is the right catorgory.

How do i diable thumbs.db.

I delete it and it always comes back almost in every folder???

You can switch off thumbnail caching in Folder Options / View or in the registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
DisableThumbnailCache REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1)

The folders open much quicker if the thumbnails are cached.
