thinking of selling my old Sony Vaio

I'm kinda thinking about selling my Sony Vaio PCV-RX540 desktop PC.

Here's the specs of one. Mine just doesn't have the monitor. comes with speakers, mouse, keyboard, computer, and the original software discs.

granted, it's not the speediest of computers, but i figured someone may want something to use for misc. stuff, like word processing or slight gaming, or just to use for parts (if possible). Kinda want to sell it so i can get a sound card (as some of you already know that i want one) and maybe something else. How much do you think i might be able to get for it on E-Bay? or do any of you wanna make an offer?

Hopefully not for that site rate - since you can almost get a good new computer for £300 or so more (it came out at £723 as a $ to £ conversion)

But having said that its a good build for an old computer.

£300 retail computers have celerons and very poor hardware.

If you want a decent piece of kit then buy top notch hardware.

I just saw the item, they have watered it down with o.e.m. software, I would not buy that I can build a superior spec DT for £600.

I would also get a lot of bundled o.e.m. software with the parts also.
