themes program question

are there any free applications that can change themes like visual styles or star skin?? any help would be kool! thanks

Have you already tried the UXtheme patch, or do you need something more than that?

There are quite a few out there and you can change to varying levels - I changed mine a long time ago and cannot remember how in the end I decided to go, but I do remember playing for a LOOoooong time with LiteStep, which has a lot of different themes with very heavy tailoring.

My theme is now listed as "Hyperion (modified)" so you could try googling on that and see what you come up with....
