Themeing Vista

I have been looking at all the uxtheme.dll files and tutorials and all that good stuff over the internet but I have not been able to patch my system successfully. Is there a simple, easy and fast way to patch Vista SP1 yet?

I used that method, vistaglass does not work.

i used the first method, then worked, then uninstalled. Then installed vistaglazz x64 (sp1) and worked too!
