Wow! I am in disbelief, stunned really, this has to be, quite possibly the catalyst for a shoot all lawyers on sight pogrom. Have we regressed as a society that these, and I hesitate to call them vertebrates actually call this thinking?

It is time to take off all warning labels... that this is an actual legal argument is just stunning in it's idiocy
