HMMmm well I decided against the vivdas player from "Thawte Consulting" so I have no ide about the contents.... maybe someone else coudl check about that player, but the name rang a bell as possible spy/ad ware (not so bad as Gator, but could be my mind playing tricks)...

No time to Google it now, but thought i could make the post to get that cleared up for others....

Its promoting alcohol and in some states/countries it is illegal to show such advertisments before the "watershed" to underage consumers. Just a 'covering our ass' type of thing i think.
