The best Mobile Athlon CPU...

I am looking upgrade my CPU, currently a T-bred 2400+, and I was wondering, out of all the mobile Athlons, which one would be the best to get. I have found 2200+, 2400+, 2500+, 2600+ and 3000+ mobile. Which one?

Socket A is correct.

The Athlon XP Mobile 2600 is what I used. It was an outstanding overclocker.
