sitting playing on my Labtop when i heard what sounded like a hard drive siziing up.

no the heat sink for the CPU poped off the socket.

By by 1.33 we had some good timesD

oh well time for upgrade when i get back in about 2 months was thinking about it before

will be going for a new mombo, CPU, and RAM

now i have a resion to upgrade

you didn't turn it off right away? a sound like that would make me just flip the switch and not even worry about losing information

took about 2 seconds for it to go to blue screen then shut down

CPU was fried in 2 seconds i was on the bed trying to figure out what the sound was

oh well stuff happens time for an upgrade

I'm wondering if thats what happend to my Laptop. Can you even turn it on now or does it just go FZZZZZT, and nothing? Thats what mine does and I had to send it in for repair this last week.

just gives me a good resion to upgrade

it powers on the moniter stays in power saving mode all fanes and hard drives spin up, just no goodness happing

happen to the desktop not the labtop
