Thanks to everyone who answered my comments on all the upgrades I inquired about in the past month or so! I finally committed and ordered my new system. In case you're curious, this is what I got:

-- AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (I wanted the 2600+, but it was outside of my budget currently. I'll get the 2800+ chip when they go to bargain basement prices in a year or two )

-- Asus A7N8X Deluxe Motherboard

-- Asus V9280TD Geforce4 Ti4200 128 MB AGP 8x (it kicked the Radeon 9000 Pro's ass)

-- 512 MB Corsair DDR 400 RAM (2 256 MB chips)

-- Antec 1080AMG Performance Plus Case 430W

Ah...I can't wait until I can run this ****! Thanks again!

Got it running, and it is a very nice improvement! Everything is much faster, from video to internet. The onboard sound is great too; a vast improvement over my last sound, IMHO.
