Temporary xp64 virtual cd driver

I discovered rather unsuprisingly that neither alcohol 120% nor daemon tools yet work under xp64 so until they have released working builds there is a basic virtuakl cd thing called filedisk build with the 64bit DDK over here:

will mount .iso .bin and floppy/partition images
