Template for How To Site

Hi,

I need some advice, I want to make a site similar to:

http://evilution.co.uk/

Or something along those lines, it will be for a different make of car but pretty much the same.

Can any one tell me if such a template exsits (free if possible!)

I have PHP and Mysql on my web hosting.

Looks like a wiki to me ... check out Confluence. I think they have some free hosting and you get the whole wiki interface with it. I'm not sure how configurable it is, since I've just started working w/it.
