Tell me what you think of my specs

I run a Pentium 90mhz with 4mb RAM, A 1mb video card, i also have a 12x CD ROM. The machine seems to outplay my friends AMD 2100 with 512mb DDR and a Ge4 Ti4600. Is this because Intel is better than AMD?
