Yes I know these hardly ever work, but I wanted to hear some opinions.
Some dude has created a petition to bring back TMNT IV: Turtles in Time.
Joystiq had this to say about it:
Now, let's pretend that Konami go ahead and due release the game...
It would be ****ing fantastic! For me this game is up there with games like Mario, Sonic, etc when I think of old school gaming. I would be absolutely thrilled if they brought this game to the Arcade.
What are some other games you guys would like to see come to the Arcade? Mine would be:
Sonic 1-3
Contra
Street Fighter 2
Mortal Kombat 2
The Lion King (don't bash it, it was awesome
)
If the developers charged say $5-10 for each game I'd gladly pay. Microsoft has a huge oppurtunity to make Arcade into something amazing. They have a couple good games on the Arcade right now, but if they were able to get some of the games I've listed and TMNT, it would be huge.

Note: In October, I spoke with the Greg Canessa, the director of XBL Arcade. During our conversation I specifically questioned the possibility of TMNT making the online comeback. Without a direct confirmation, his eyes twinkled, he smirked, and said I’d we’d be pleasantly surprised.
